Camping Reservations

NOTE TO TENT CAMPERS - due to the limited sites that can accommodate RV's we would sincerely ask that you consider NOT reserving an RV spot for your tent to help us allow this event to grow. If you need power to charge phones, etc. we will be working on power distribution systems and "electrical box sharing" with the RV campers. If you must rent an RV site for your tent you may be moved to the smaller campsites that cannot accommodate larger trailers.

NOTE TO RV (MODERN) SITE CAMPERS Your site will only be confirmed and locked in AFTER your camping fee has been received.

Make sure you have read the all the Camping Rules before submitting your reservation.

Please send your camping fees via check or money order to the order of "Nehemiah Festival- Grace Community Church" to confirm your sponsorship registration. Checks should be mailed to "Nehemiah Fest" , PO Box 917, Smithville, MO 64089.

Site Selection

We have several types of sites to choose from. Please enter the number of camping sites you would like to reserve.

1) Modern Camping

Payment must be received in advance to ensure your reservation for MODERN CAMPING.

If you want to be part of the Festival Village population and in the middle of what is going on then this is for you! Modern campsites are complete with electric and water hookups, are in close proximity to modern restroom and shower facilities and actually a part of the Nehemiah Festival Village!

Each modern campsite space will support one RV/Camper or (2) family tents – (maximum 10 people)

Assignments for upgraded campsites are available on a first come, first serve basis and will require advance registration and payment.

$100 per site for the entire weekend
Payment must be received in advance to ensure your reservation for MODERN CAMPING.

2) Primitive Camping

If you like to rough it and don’t need electricity or water hookups then this is a great option for you. For only $15.00 you can have your own 20x20 space for the entire weekend (special group rates are available upon request for large groups). All primitive sites are within a short walking distance to the activities, restrooms, showers, and music!

Assignments for upgraded campsites are available on a first come, first serve basis and will require advance registration and payment.

$15 per site for the entire weekend

3) Tent City

Get a bunch of you friends and create your own tent community in the Nehemiah Festival Primitive camping area! Special group rate discounts are available for large groups! Let us know what you are planning and we’ll help you in laying out your tent city!

$60.00 ($12.00 per tent - 5 spaces minimum)
Camping Information
If you have a favorite campsite, you can request it in the comments box and we will do our best to accommodate. However, while your reservation does guarantee you a space at Nehemiah Fest, it does not guarantee a specific space. All assignments are made by the NF Camping Coordinator.
