Amphora

Amphora is a unique Christian band who mix music with humor and personal testimony. Their lifelong dream is to show Jesus through their music and share it with as many people as possible. Their style of songwriting and music varies widely, ranging from gospel to rock and even rap. Most importantly Their God centered lyrics are heartfelt and relatable and truly provide something for everyone.
Amphora is a family act consisting of leas vocalist and guitarist Zacheriah Taylor with his wife, Jamie, providing back up and lead vocals while playing the keyboard. Their sin Gavin Altman plays the drums, guitar and also sings. Nephew Seth Taylor us sometimes thrown into the mix also on drums. Besides being singers and musicians, they are also songwriters who have wrote hundreds of songs.
Zack and Jamie both got their start in church at a early age. They were involved in church choir and also singing solos at any given chance. Songwriting has also been a part of their lives from their young years, often providing an outlet for difficult life circumstances. Gavin, their son also began singing at a young age and is a natural entertainer. At only 16 he has taught himself drums, guitar, ukulele, piano and participates in band and choir. Amphora plays at churches. Festivals and local events and are just beginning to make a name for themselves. Above all, like their name Amphoa wants to be a vessel if God's love poured out to all they encounter.
